If you have installed the software for your air card, or you are using a KR1 wireless router and you have set it up and updated the firmware (if needed) and are still unable to access the internet, try:
- If you ARE NOT using a KR1 wireless router:
- Make sure the air card is firmly connected to the computer.
- Try disabling any Anti-Virus and Firewall software.
- Then restart your computer and try again.
- You can also try uninstalling, restarting your computer, and reinstalling the included software.
Note: Do NOT install the Internet Accelerator. Uninstall the Internet Accelerator
- If you ARE using an air card AND a KR1 wireless router:
- Make sure the air card is firmly inserted into the back of the router and the router is plugged into a power source.
- Make sure the Status and WAN lights are green.
- Make sure your computer is connected to the router wirelessly or through an Ethernet cable.
- Try disabling any Anti-Virus and Firewall software.
- Unplug the router and turn off your computer.
- Turn on the router and wait for 5 minutes.
- Turn on your computer and try accessing the internet again once it's booted up.
